Dr. Arun Bhargava completed his M.B.B.S from Kings George Medical College in 2002. He was a Gold Medalist in Ophthalmology during his MBBS days. He went on to complete his MS from Saurashtra University where he was awarded the gold medalist for topping the University in 2005. He went on to complete his 2 year Vitreo retinal fellowship from the very reputed Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai. He then continued his tenure in Sankara Nethralaya as Associate Consultant in Vitreo Retinal Services.
During his consultancy he was actively involved in the Diabetic Retinopathy Project. He then joined in 2008 as the Academic Director & Head of Retina and Vitreous Services of Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Eye Institute, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. He is presently based at Indore as Director, Retina Speciality Hospital and is providing world class retinal services to patients of central India.
He has an experience of more than 5000 retinal surgeries. He is involved in clinical research, primarily focused on micro retinal surgeries vitrectomy (Micro incision Vitrectomy services) and intravitreal bevacizumab, Lucentis and PDT involving in retinal diseases. An academician par excellence, he has several International and National Publications in peer-reviewed journals and is a firm believer in progress through Clinical Research.
He has presented his work at International and National forums. He is an invited speaker at the national and international scientific conferences. He has enriched his experience in Neuro ophthalmology by visiting the renowned Moorfield Eye Hospital, London, UK.. His goal is to develop mutiple top-class tertiary eye care hospitals in Central India and to provide quality retinal, uveitic and neuro-ophthalmology services in Central India at a very affordable cost.

Previously the Deputy Director of Vitreo- retinal Services, at the world reknowned Sankara Nethralaya, Dr. Swakshyar Saumya Pal is an extremely knowledgeable, senior clinician and a surgeon par excellence with several years of experience in the field of ophthalmology.
After completing his Masters of Surgery (Ophthalmology) at one of the top ranking colleges of the country, Manipal University, Dr. Pal was appointed as Assistant Professor at the Dept. of Ophthalmology, Pondicherry Institute of Medical Science, Pondicherry.
Later, he decided to follow his passion and went on to pursue his fellowship in Vitreo Retina at the prestigious Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai where he trained under the great teachers of Ophthalmology like Dr. Tarun Sharma and Dr.Lingam Gopal, who have trained some of the biggest names in Ophthalmology today. Not only was Dr. Pal judged the Best Outgoing Fellow of his time, he was also awarded the much coveted Gold Medal during his tenure as a fellow at Sankara Nethralaya. Dr. Pal has also received his fellowship from the International Council of Ophthalmology, United Kingdom.
During his decade long association with Sankara Nethralaya, Dr. Pal has always taken a keen interest in passing on his knowledge to others and has personally trained more than 20 fellows in vitreoretinal surgery (both from India and abroad). He has also been Project guide to BITS, Pilani students and a Co guide to DNB (DIplomate of the National Board) Students in Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai. His academic prowess doesn't end there – he was the co investigator and key person for the Sankara Nethralaya – Diabetic Retinopathy epidemiology and molecular genetics study Project ,SN DREAMS II , SN DREAMS III, and SN CARE. He was also a co investigator in the VIEW II and FAM trials and has worked in collaboration with London School of Hygiene on the modeling of diabetic retinopathy screening in India.
Dr. Pal not only practices evidence based medicine, but is also a major contributor to various international journals. He has over 30 published articles in the field of Retina and is also a reviewer of 2 international journals viz. Clinical and experimental ophthalmology and Ophthalmic Surgery Lasers and Imaging.
Though Dr. Pal is very proficient in all types of Ophthalmic surgeries, his areas of expertise are Retinopathy of Prematurity, Complex diabetic cases, all types of retinal detachment cases, Ocular oncology and Ocular trauma. He has performed more than 8000 complicated surgeries and is one of the top 3 retinal surgeons in the country in administering intravitreal injections.

Dr Surbhi Bhargava completed her B.D.S. from Jaipur Dental College in 2005. She also worked as a lecturer at Eklavya Dental College, Kotputli, Rajasthan till 2007. During her job she was actively involved in the school dental health program.
She, then, was selected for Haryana Civil Dental Services with first rank in the state in 2008 and joined her post at civil dispensary in Gurgaon.
She went on to complete her Certificate Course in Aesthetic Dentistry from the prestigious Manipal University in 2011. She is now into private practice since 2011 at her clinic. Her goal is to provide quality dental care with emphasis on cosmetic dentistry.

He is presently working as Senior Consultant at Retina Speciality Hospital Indore. His medical graduation (MBBS) was done in 1966 and MS (Ophthalmology) in 1969 from MGM Medical College Indore. Then he joined State Health Services, government of M.P. as Assistant Surgeon at District Hospital Bilaspur. After about 6 years he was selected by Public Service Commission for the post of Ophthalmologist. Where Dr Bajaj has done more than 1,00,000 cataract operations with other eye surgeries.
He served many districts of Madhya Pradesh and then was promoted as Chief Medical & Health Offices (CMHO) and he served Mandsaur, Jabalpur and Indore. He was then promoted for the post of Joint Director Health Services in Directorate Health Bhopal. While on this chair he serves as State Immunization Officer.
He was selected by WHO and send to ENGLAND for advanced training. Subsequently he was promoted asDIRECTOR HEALTH SERVIVES. He was the youngest director and serve in this capacity for more than 7 years. Finally he retired in 2003 and then he works as medical superintendent of Arvindo Medical College, Medical Director of Modern Dental College Indore and works in many projects of WHO, world bank, unicef, MPVHA, Avani health foundation etc.
